Dato’ Felician has been involved in the private education industry for some 30 years. Since 1996, he had set up and managed private education institutions at preschool, primary, secondary and tertiary levels. He had led advance teams and acted in advisory capacities for four Bursa Malaysia companies to set up private and international schools since 2003.
In 2009, he entered into a joint venture to set up the International School @ ParkCity and in 2013, he started Eaton International School in Jade Hills. A second Eaton School opened in Setia AlamImpian in 2024.

Datin Wendy’s extensive involvement in the private education sector over the last 25 years had seen her taken on senior management roles in a number of educational services companies. She started her career as owner of an English Language Centre in 1992, followed by an education counselling and placement services company a year later before assuming the position of academic head and eventually principal in a private college in 2002. In 2007, she took over an underperforming preschool and revamped it into a very successful preschool. In 2013, she became the founding principal of Eaton International School in Jade Hills.

Mr Chris has been a part of the pioneer team at Eaton since the school’s inception in 2013. He has led the Admissions team while overseeing marketing strategies and recruitment plans for over a decade. Mr Chris has also been actively advising the school’s student body – the Student Representative Council (SRC) as well as various sports ECAs. In recent years, he has also been supporting the school’s academic operations as Deputy Principal.
As Executive Director, he was heading the advance team for the new Eaton campus in Shah Alam and now as the new CEO, he will lead Eaton’s operations across both campuses.

Ryan is a dedicated, supportive and enthusiastic teacher, who prides himself on encouraging students to be active and independent thinkers. Ryan joins the Primary team from the UK, having taught in a number of Primary schools over the past four years.
He has a passion for sports and believes in the value these experiences can add to a student school experience. He is experienced in developing and leading extracurricular activities and running a variety of sports teams.

Ms Chan has 8 years of teaching experience in Early Years. She is a dedicated and passionate teacher who loves to work with younger kids.
She is also a confident and empathetic teacher who is able to communicate effectively with children from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.

Our Head of Primary, Ms Charlotte was a Deputy Head at an international school in Malaysia and Director of Studies of a private school in London. She has achieved a position within senior leadership within 6 years of teaching. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, reading and swimming. She also has a Diploma in Child Yoga Instruction.

Ms Sarah has successfully prepared the last three Year 6 cohorts for their checkpoint exams and will move to teach Year 2 in her fourth year at Eaton. In the new academic year, she will also continue her role as Assistant Head of Primary.
Ms Sarah obtained her teaching qualifications from the University of Canterbury and had taught across different Primary year groups in the UK for the last 10 years. She is an enthusiastic educator, passionate about developing successful young individuals.

Mr. Smith is new to Eaton International School but he has a wealth of experience in leadership and teaching internationally across the UK, Europe and Asia
He has taught in Malaysia since 2018 developing a strong understanding of the culture and expectations of both international and Malaysian educational values as well as a 21st century learning approach to achieve them.
It is his teaching philosophy that all students should be seen as the individual that they are and their personalised needs met to help achieve a common goal

This will be Ms Brigitte’s third year at Eaton. She brings with her a wealth of experience as a teacher and as a department leader, as well as coordinating Humanities subjects throughout wider regions in South Africa.
She has been promoted to be Deputy Head of Secondary in the new academic year. A dedicated team-player, she aims to bring the best out of her students and colleagues alike, ensuring their output is always of the highest standard.

Sarah began her teaching career through the Graduate Teaching Programme in the UK. She then spent nine years as a class teacher at primary schools in England.
One of Sarah’s many responsibilities while teaching in the UK was behavior and well-being of students in her school.
